My Estub account locked
Sometimes your my estub account can be blocked because of suspicious activity which consists of you trying to login with a wrong password or some third party trying to login into your account.
This My estub account lock is triggered when you type your password wrong for more than 5 times. It temporarily blocks your my estub account access and needs you to talk with the customer service or the platform’s help desk.
Try contacting them at 1 (800) 489 1711

You can reach the my estub parent company PPC or Paperless Pay Corporation by calling them on the phone at (800) 489 1711 or fax them at 1-904-224-5001

My Estub App
As many of you guys are searching if My Estub has an app which you can use, I thought this would be fitting to answer the question that they don’t.
Although a easily accessible app would help you to ease the process but sadly they don’t offer one at the moment. But if they do I will be sure to update about the matter here.
Mailer My Estub
If you have problems receiving emails about your estubs or payroll information then a quick way is to check your default mailing address. Default Mailing address is what you have provided during your initial My Estub Setup.
